Great dentist. I was seen at my appointment time without waiting. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and quickly got me ready for the dentist. The Dr. is personable knowledgeable and skillful. While I'm not particularly excited about seeing a dentist I will happily return for my next visit.
I have had a number of dental procedures done at this office. The staff and the environment is very welcoming and they don't make you feel embarrassed for any of the work that you need done. I am very pleased with how the staff and Dr. Molini treat me. If you are looking for a dentist that cares and does amazing work, Dr. Molini needs to be your dentist!
Very dis-satisfied with her manner and service. She actually gave me a shot (starting the procedure) and would not finish the procedure even though I already told the receptionist I could not pay (because they didn't communicate how much it was before I came in) the complete copay that day (they didn't communicate with each other effectively). She is so lucky I haven't sued. In fact, I'm looking into it if it's possible. She also has a 'better than you' attitude and likes to lecture you on any subject including building credit. (I already have a MS in Mathematics - I don't need anymore nor am I paying for lectures). She recently sent me a letter pressuring me to complete my procedure before insurance runs out. She will never touch my mouth again. Do you think I would have got a letter of 'concern' w/o insurance? She is not from eastern NC (or even the USA) nor shares our values. Upon 1 visit, 'Baby got back' was playing on her office music, and I had to tell her it was unprofessional - unbelievable... I am 100% serious about all of this. She does not deserve our business. Dr Molini is a very skillfull dentist. She is bilingual inglish and Spanish speaking. She has very good bedsides manners as well as her technicians and receptionists. They all make you feel very welcome.
Time went by so fast that I did not realized the crown was on. I did not feel pain. She made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout the process.
I really don't like to go to a dentist due to my phobia with then. Ayden Family Dentisty were VERY welcoming and really respected that I felt that way. I had to have an extraction done and they made me feel comfortable, very supportive and great through the whole process. I plan too and will recommend them to everyone!!!!
Finally I have found a GREAT Dentist and technicians in the Greenville NC area.
Beforehand Dr Molini explained what the kind of work to be done and the time expected to put a crow.
I loved Dr Molini and staff. I will come back. I recommend it.
