Customer service was wonderful if food is reasonable price the salad bar is great I give it all around five stars
Stire appeared clean. However as I was shopping found a bag of donuts that had been eaten by mice. Saw mice droppings. Also as other reviewer stated as I was checking out cashier was more interested in her cell phone than providing customer service. Get it together!
I love the food at The Pig... but getting checked out is a NIGHTMARE !! 3 young men chatting, 1 of them running the register...the customer asked for cigarettes. The 2 doing nothing continued to do nothing! While the 1 running the register left the lane to get the customers cigarettes. He comes back with the wrong thing & goes again. Still the 2 doing nothing continued to do nothing. The woman running the next register was free & just standing around. It took over 15 minutes @ checkout for me to get out of there with my $25 worth of groceries. And it's like that every time i shop there. Be sure you have plenty of time when you shop there bc they're not too concerned about efficiency!!
Some employees need to have more knowledge about the products they sale or offer in this store. My other problem is the strong seem of pork by the bakery and the vegetable stands are too strong of a smell when customers may have allergies to smell and consumption of this animal meat and odor.
Great store! Clean easy to get to. Friendly people to help you. Great meat market.
